Pitching and Hitting Classes
The Gameday Academy Pitching and Hitting classes are a 4 week progressive program. Classes are built to compliment players of all skill levels.
All participants will recieve a free Gameday Academy T-shirt
Pitching Classes
Gameday Academy will train players on the basics of pitching mechanics, grips and in-game processing. During the classes we will work on proper warm-up, pre-game preparation, mechanics, different grips, reading the hitter, pitch selection and a conditioning routine to maintain a strong arm.

Hitting Classes
Gameday Academy will train players on the basics of hitting, including proper set-up, a quality hitting approach, and pitch recognition, Our goals are to increase bat speed,as well as hitting for power and average. Also learn a better mental approach and hitting drills. We will also work on hand eye coordination and conditioning.
